Here’s the location we’re thinking of using, at the corner of 11th and Willamette, across from the bus station.  It is the most bleak spot we could find downtown, and the business adjoining the spot is an office (not a store), so hopefully they won’t object to our park!  We will go and as their permission on Friday.
